At LETSS, we understand that going through family or relationship difficulties, is tough. However, you do not have to go through this alone! There are a number of brilliant resources out there to help from the comfort of your own home whether you would prefer to chat to a counsellor, get peer support, or use a self-help app! 1800 Respect

Beyond Blue

BeyondBlue offers an online safe space for both discussion and support from peers experiencing relationship and family issues.

Break up Shake up

Breakup Shakeup is a behavioural activation app that was designed by the Queensland University of Technology. It is ideal for anyone who is aged 14-25 and feeling down after a break-up. The app consists of fun and easy activities to help you cope during this period and get back your spark! Download the app at


Ecouch is an interactive self-help program, which provides evidence-based information, self-help tools, and toolkits. The program was developed by the Australian National University and can be accessed at


MensLine is a 24/hr national support line that provides advice, therapy, and support for men with relationship and family issues that they may be having. Speak to a counsellor by dialling 1300 789 978 or find out more at
