BPD Awareness Week - See The Person Artistic Creations Workshop
Our friends over at Mind Australia are running amazing artistic workshops where you can connect with like-minded people and be supported to produce meaningful works of self-expression in your choice of medium – whether it's paint and drawing, collage, sculpture, spoken word poetry, or dancing. The workshops are open to the community, as will be the exhibition, so come along and help us break down some mental health barriers!
Artworks will be featured in a community exhibition held during Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) Awareness Week in October. Through this exhibition we aim to come together to express ourselves, educate our community and break down mental health stigma surrounding BPD.
