Support available over Christmas

Christmas can be a time for spending time with family and friends, giving gifts, and indulging in the festive spirit. However, Christmas is not a joyous or happy occasion for everyone and for some people it can be one of the most difficult times of the year. At LETSS, we get it and we want to remind our callers that we will be here all throughout the Christmas and New Year period to support anyone with any mental health care concerns. Aside from LETSS, there are plenty of other great mental health services available and open during Christmas Day and NYE! It can be helpful to print out a list of these services or keep it somewhere nearby.
