Wellbeing Plans

If you are going through a difficult time, it can often be helpful to have a plan for those times when you are feeling alone or as though nothing can help. Having a safety or well-being plan helps you prepare for these times by having important information ready at hand such as who you can contact or a list of things that have helped you cope before in the past. Attached are a few worksheets that you may find helpful to refer to (to download, right click and press 'save as').
