Youth Expo

As part of the SA Youth Week, the Multicultural Communities Council of SA joined with The City of Charles Sturt, The City of Port Adelaide Enfield, and The City West Torrens to organise a Youth Expo which LETSS was lucky to a part of!

At LETSS, we believe it's important to take good care of our mental health and well-being. Therefore, the theme for our stall was "How Do You Recharge When You Are Feeling Low"? To be specific, we wanted to know what people did when they were feeling low to help them feel better and how they felt today in terms of their mental health. LETSS also gave out many free resources such as a 'Self-Care Plan' work sheet and tips on things people could do when they were feeling low.We had an awesome day and it was great to meet everyone there. We also wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who came down and supported us.If you would like to find out more about LETSS and keep up to date with LETSS please follow us on our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LETSSAus/

We would like to Acknowledge that the land we provide a service on today is the traditional lands for the Kaurna people and that we respect their spiritual relationship with their Country. We also acknowledge the Kaurna people as the traditional custodians of the Adelaide region and that their cultural and heritage beliefs are still as important to the living Kaurna people today.
