This can be the activities that help keep you calm when you're feeling overwhelmed, or the things that you just love to do!
This can include anyone at all! It can be your partner, a close friend, a wonderful counsellor or a friendly stranger that brews your coffee.
It's not always easy to do, but it's important to acknowledge what we love about ourselves. You can think about compliments you may have received or things you have accomplished.
It doesn't matter if it's a small treat tomorrow or a big plan next year, looking to all the positive things ahead is always a good thing!
